60 Day Coaching Program

This is an all inclusive program. For 60 days we are going to develop your habits, shape your mindset, and give you the knowledge you need for long-term sustainable results without needing a trainer.

Platinum: The “Done For You” plan

This plan is if you need a lot of accountability, and support. We will work together every week to get you moving towards your goals. Basically I am in the drivers seat and I am taking you along for the ride, and you get everything handed to you.

Gold: The “Done With you” plan

This plan is you have some sense of what you are doing, but need guidance, advice, re-assurance, and some support and accountability. We work together and go through everything like we do in Platinum, we just spend less time together and you take more ownership. In this plan You are the driver and I am the passenger. I help navigate, and keep you on the right track.

Silver: The “Do it yourself” Plan

This plan is if you want to do it yourself, and I give you all the tools you need to achieve it on your own. You have to be willing to hold yourself accountable, as we don’t work much together. In this plan, I give you the keys to the car and the manual, along with the map to get you to the destination.
